I value your time and appreciate you valuing mine! A 30% deposit is required for all color services, and a card must be kept on file to book online. Cancellations or no-shows within 24 hours will be charged a 50% rebooking fee, and repeated no-shows may require full prepayment for future bookings. There’s a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals; after that, appointments may need to be rescheduled with a 50% rescheduling fee. Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred once if you reschedule more than 24 hours ahead.
